Welcome to WSQ Microsoft Excel Advanced!
There are six learning units for this course. You are required to complete two written e-assessments, Short Questions and Answers and Practical Performance Assessment, at the end of the course.

At the end of this course, you should be able to:
Use a series of business statistical formulas and functions for summarising and analysing categorical or numerical data sets, including utilising nested conditions, lookup, text, date, and time functions.
Harness the skills needed to use Excel's built-in data analysis tools to analyse data sets and identify trends and patterns.
Distinguish between Excel's built-in statistical functions and tools to conduct statistical analyses, taking into account the needs and objectives of stakeholders.
Utilise PivotTable to understand and analyse the core data structures that include summarising datasets for the presentation of actionable business insights to stakeholders.
Adopt relevant statistical software techniques to perform data queries across multiple sources to extract pertinent data for stakeholders.
Apply macro recording functionality to aid automation of working with data sets and performing repetitive tasks.

Instruction:
The Practical Performance Assessment consists of SIX major Tasks.
The candidate must complete all given tasks as per the instructions to demonstrate proficiency in implementing the application of data analytics using Excel.

You can submit the appeal by sending an email to sweeyee@asktraining.edu.sg by 17:00 within five working days from the date of completion of assessment.
The Assessment Appeal Panel will review and decide on the submitted appeal against a Not Yet Competent (NYC) or a grade award. The panel comprises the Management, Academic and Examination Board, and an independent Adult Educator (Trainer/Assessor). An appeal costs $50, but the AAP may waive this fee at its discretion.
