Welcome to WSQ Microsoft 365 & Copilot for Data Management!
There are 2 assessments, the e-Written Assessment (Short Questions and Answers) and the Practical Performance. For the Practical Performance, click to download the Template in the question and then, answer the eight questions in the Practical Performance Template and save the word document. Finally, upload your completed Template and submit it during Assessment.
At the end of the course, learners should be able to:

- Employ Microsoft 365 and Copilot for efficient compliance monitoring and adherence to legislation.
- Utilise Microsoft 365 and Copilot to protect sensitive information and ensure data integrity.
- Determine gaps in data management using Microsoft 365 and Copilot insights to boost security, compliance, and efficiency.
- Evaluate data handling procedures in the organisation by using Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
- Apply Microsoft 365's audit features and Copilot's automation capabilities to ensure adherence and improve data governance.
- Use Microsoft 365 and Copilot to provide support, training, and continuous improvement mechanisms for enduring compliance and efficiency.

You can submit the appeal by sending an email to sweeyee@asktraining.edu.sg by 17:00 within five working days from the date of completion of assessment.
The Assessment Appeal Panel will review and decide on the submitted appeal against a Not Yet Competent (NYC) or a grade award. The panel comprises the Management, Academic and Examination Board, and an independent Adult Educator (Trainer/Assessor). An appeal costs $50, but the AAP may waive this fee at its discretion.
